Consumer Terms & Conditions
General:

- Buyers are invited to view and inspect the goods before purchasing.
- At the point of placing an order for goods, you accept our terms and conditions.
- Please note we reserve the right to refuse orders for goods with an incorrect price or any other incorrect information, or in the event the goods are no longer available.
- Goods cannot be collected until full payment has been received.
- We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
Warranty:
- Used, second-hand ex-farm items are subject to usual wear and tear and defects, and as such will require on-going maintenance, repair and servicing.
Vehicles & Trailers:
- On purchasing any vehicle or trailer, the buyer becomes responsible for complying with all legal requirements as to roadworthiness and for obtaining all certificates before such vehicle or trailer can be used on the road.
Prices and Payment:
- Our advertised prices do not include delivery. Please check the total cost price before you order.
- We remain the owners of all goods until cleared payment in full is received.
- We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash. Payments by cheque must be cleared before the release of any goods.
- All financial transactions must be completed within 7 days of purchase. After which the sale will become void and any deposit paid will be lost.
Returns:
- We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damages caused during or after collection.
- All costs incurred regarding returning the goods, will be the consumers responsibility.

Collections:
- The buyer is responsible for the collection of their goods and any costs associated. Failure to collect after 7 days will result in the following storage charges being applied - £10 + VAT, per day, per item. Once the storage charges exceed the value of the goods, we reserve the right to resell or dispose of the goods.

- All items may be in need of repair and are therefore sold as seen and without any guarantee or warranty.
- If the customer cancels the contract, then any amount pre-paid will be non-refundable.

- All sales are deemed to be trade sales, and buyers trading name will be required for an invoice.
- All items are sold as is, for parts, fixing, spares/repairs and in need of restoration work.

- All other warranties, conditions, or terms relating to fitness for purpose, or condition of goods, including the sale of goods act, whether implied by statute, common law or otherwise are excluded, and the buyer is satisfied as to the suitability of the goods.
- The buyer acknowledges that all goods have been used and are of a certain age, which means they are not in perfect condition. As such they may not comply with current health & safety legislation and may have faults not expressly referred to.

- Deposits are non-refundable, and all financial transactions must be completed within 7 days of purchase. After which the sale will become void and any deposit paid lost.
Returns:
- We take every care to describe our goods to the best of our knowledge. We take several photos to show as many angles as possible and highlight any known problems. It is the buyers responsibility to come and inspect goods before purchase.
- All sales are final and non-returnable under any circumstances whatsoever.
Collections:
- The buyer is responsible for the collection of their goods and any costs associated.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damages caused during or after collection.
- Loading is available at the buyers own risk.
- If collection is not made after 7 days from purchase, storage fees of £10 + VAT per day, per item will be applied. Once the storage charges exceed the value of the goods, we reserve the right to resell or dispose of the goods.
